We do not ship to P.O. box address or multiple addresses per order.

Terms & Conditions
If customer requests to re-delivery shipment from the address to different location, consignee will be charged separately.
If customer
- provides incomplete or wrong shipping address/ contact no. / email address or other contact information, and fails to reply our emails/ phone calls or other contact means within 60 designated days to confirm the shipping information, which causes the product failed to ship, we will arrange refund to your credit card account.
If customer
- fails to respond to courier’s emails/ phone calls or other contact means to collect the parcel, threezero will try our best to contact customer to collect the parcel. However, if customer fails to reply our emails/ phone calls or other contact means within designated days; or
- refuses to pay the duties, taxes and any other charges related to customs clearance; or
- refuses to collect the parcel,
which causes unsuccessful delivery, the parcel might be withheld, seized or disposed by courier or local Customs authorities due to heavy backlog, customer has to bear the responsibility.
In such case, threezero has successfully shipped out the product according to the information from the order form, therefore the transaction is treated as completed.
